Notes: The free delivery are only cover to Ground Floor, Upper Floor with lift. For the delivery to Second Floor and Upper Floor with staircase, handling charge will be imposed, charges are varies by products you purchase. Kindly contact our office / sales representative to get the cost of charges for the products you purchase.

1: Introduction

1.1 This web site is operated by ASIASTAR FURNITURE TRADING SDN BHD. a company registered in MALAYSIA and having its place of business at No.11, Jalan PJU 3/41, Sunway Damansara, 47810 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia. You may seek information about and order (the “Product”) on this web site.

2: Ordering and Purchase Policy

2.1 The price of the Product, and the procedures for ordering, payment and delivery are displayed on this web site. You must make full payment by credit card or bank transfer at the time of order using our merchant payment gateway (iPay88). The price of the Product is the price in force at the date and time of your order. We may change the price of the Product before you place an order. We try to ensure that the price displayed on this web site is accurate but the price on your order will need to be validated by us as part of the acceptance procedure (see paragraph 2.2 below). We will inform you if the Product’s correct price is higher than that stated in your order and you may cancel the order and decide whether or not to order the Product at the correct price. At all times full payment, including shipping fees are required for work to begin on your order.

2.2 We have the rights to refuse any order placed by you. If your order is accepted, we will confirm acceptance to you by online electronic means (“Confirmation”) to the email address you have given us. The order will then be fulfilled by the date set out in the Confirmation or, if the Confirmation does not contain such a date, within 15 days.

2.3 You undertake that all details you provide to us when ordering the Product will be correct, that the credit card which you use is your own and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of the product involved. We reserve the right to obtain validation of your credit details before providing you with a copy of the Product.

2.4 Color different of 10% – 20% from original artwork is consider acceptable. We accept no liability for color variations between jobs printed in different batches of different ordering periods, and object missing due to overprint setting. Color different of the printing result may due to different batch of material quality or different machine.

3: Returns Policy – No Refunds / Exchanges

3.1 We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at +60362627601 or inquiry@asiastarfurniture.com with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to:

3.2 Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time. If you are entitled to a replacement, we will replace the product.

4: Delivery Policy

4.1 Turnaround: Lead time for production will based on type of product. Each product listed will indicated the production lead time which from 7 days up to 21 days. Once production completed, we will update you on the date of delivery or inform you to come do self-pick up from our showroom.
You may self-pickup at our office.

5: Security

5.1 You are solely responsible in all respects for all use of and for protecting the confidentiality of any user name and password that may be given to you or selected by you for use on this web site. DELIVERY

BASIC DELIVERY SERVICE : -

FREE basic delivery service (single drop destination) with order value above RM600.00 in single transaction to areas within Klang Valley.
For order below RM 600.00 delivery charge RM 90 for purchase 1 unit or RM 120 for purchase 2 unit and above per trip to areas within Klang Valley will be charged. Our basic delivery service is perform from Monday to Friday (9:00am to 6:00pm) excluding Public Holidays.

In order to optimize our delivery service, we do not accept appointment setting (specific time and date fixing). However, our delivery personnel will contact customer before arriving the site.

For specific time/appointment delivery, kindly refer to our exclusive Delivery service.


EXCLUSIVE DELIVERY SERVICE : -

We will charge RM 300.00 per trip (single drop destination) with order value below RM 3,000.00 in single transaction to areas within Klang Valley. From total order value an 8% will be charged for order value above RM 3,000.00.

A lorry will be allocated to deliver your order !

Our exclusive Delivery Service is performed from Monday to Friday (9:00am to 6:00pm) excluding Public Holidays.

Our personnel will contact you for appointment to be fixed once the goods is ready to be delivered.

Additional delivery charges will be charged as below for those areas which out of Klang Valley.
